I think that just in one year we can't know this place because of the reconstruction on Moskovsky prospekt

As I recall, this avenue runs between Neftestroy and downtown. I remember the new apartment buildings - what other kinds of construction are going on? I would imagine that Yaroslavl will become one of the most desirable places to live, being close enough to Moscow for business, but still retaining a kind of 'small-town' quality of life.
